• Able to handle inquiries regarding various courses.
• Excellent command of English and Hindi.
• Responsible for the sale of various courses.
• Highly motivated to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer care.
• Meet and exceed admission targets.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills with strong motivation for personal and team goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• After completing the training program, resolving the sales queries, and converting them into sales.
• Making outbound follow up sales calls.
• Maintaining the company's standard conversion rate range.
• Maintaining quality assurance grades within the company standard range.
• Staying up-to-date with all product enhancement and protocol changes.
• Satisfying the minimum company requirements for talk time hours each month.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Six months plus of SALES experience preferred.
• Email & Chat experience preferred.

ABILITIES:

COMPENSATION:
Salary: 25k-35k plus incentives.

SCHEDULE OPTIONS:
This is a full-time work from home job. After training, you will be scheduled to work from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Saturday.
